About Tots Nutrition
Hi, I’m Jenni—a mother of two, Specialist Paediatric Dietitian, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).
With extensive NHS experience and seven years as a Lactation Consultant, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face and a strong expertise in supporting babies, children, and young adults with a range of nutritional and feeding difficulties.
Tots Nutrition was founded out of my passion for providing timely, non-judgemental feeding support, ensuring families receive the help they need, when they need it.
I actively contribute to the British Dietetic Association (BDA) by helping develop and deliver national breastfeeding training for dietitians. Locally, I have led initiatives to establish policies and provide guidance on managing faltering growth and newborn weight loss.
Philosophy
At Tots Nutrition, my passion is ensuring that families receive timely, evidence-based support that is tailored to their unique needs. I believe in providing practical, adaptable solutions that fit seamlessly into family life, taking a holistic approach to each family’s journey.
As a mother of two, I understand firsthand the challenges parents face—from establishing breastfeeding and managing allergies to navigating dietary exclusions and the introduction of complementary feeding. My goal is to empower families with the knowledge and support they need to feel confident and reassured in their feeding choices.

Masters of Nutrition (with State registration in Dietetics) (2011) Nottingham University
MSc Advanced Dietetic Practice (2016) Nottingham University
International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (2017) with ongoing recertification
12+ years of NHS experience as a Paediatric dietitian
Currently attaining Supplementary Non-medical prescribing qualification (PGCert Medicines Management)
